3. What is special about Taiwan Oolong tea?
Taiwan produces the best Oolong tea in the world. The high quality of Taiwan Oolong tea attributes to several factors. The most important factor is Taiwan's unique climate. Taiwan's climate is subtropical. Its mountainous terrain provides ideal growing conditions for tea. The soil is fertile. The subtropical mountains provide cool yet moisture air which causes the tea to grow slowly. As a result, the plants produce leaves that are robust, thick, and soft, the best tea leaves in the world.
4. What is special about your tea? Why should I buy from you?
We are experienced tea farmers. We have been farming tea for 3 generations. Our tea is grown in high moutains above 6,000 ft (1,800 m) altitudes. These are high altitudes that produce the best tea. Our prices are lower than most other tea sellers because we are the farmers selling directly to you. There are no middle men increasing the prices.
5. How long does shipping take?
We ship on the following day of the order from Taiwan. It usually takes less than 2 weeks for most of the destinations worldwide.
6. How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover card.
7. How is your tea packed?
To protect the tea from the damaging effects of air and light, our tea is vacuum packed in an opaque and airtight foil bag, then put into a box or a can. It is perfect as a gift.
